Online Calligraphy Class for Teens · Anthea Zacharatos
A real, screen-free skill they'll actually keep using. Your teen learns proper dip pen and ink technique, builds their own style, and walks away with a finished piece they're genuinely proud of — no art talent required.
Looking for something real?
Here's the thing: pointed pen calligraphy looks intricate, but it breaks down into simple, repeatable strokes anyone can learn.
In one session, your teen goes from holding a dip pen for the first time to lettering with real confidence — and they walk away with a skill they'll actually use again.
What they'll walk away with
Proper handling of a dip pen and ink, plus the foundational strokes pointed pen calligraphy is built from.
Building strokes into letters, then words, while developing personal letterforms — not just copying a template.
Hands-on practice in a relaxed, encouraging setting designed to build skill and self-belief, not pressure.
Applicable to cards, artwork, journaling, and personal projects — a timeless skill, not a one-off craft.
Who this is for
Teens who love journaling, art, or anything creative
Total beginners — no pen-and-ink experience needed
A meaningful gift from a mom, grandmother, or favourite aunt
Anyone looking for a calm, screen-free creative outlet
